1)  Guarantee of Quality: FTK Sheds guarantees that all products are of the highest quality. We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.  Timber sizes quoted are nominal before machining and subject to normal variations.  Timber is a natural product which is inspected at the time of manufacture, we cannot be held responsible for any timber shrinkage, warping, cracking or movement after dispatch.  All sizes are approximate and refer to external base dimensions. Pictures are for illustration purposes only.

2)  Payment Options: FTK Sheds accepts all major credit and debit cards via the PayPal secure payment system. Customers can also pay by cheque for telephone orders.

3) Returns Procedure: In the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged in any way, Please make sure you sign the delivery form as damaged on arrival. We will send a replacement product upon confirmation that the damaged item(s) have been returned.

4) Cancellation Policy: As our products are individually crafted, any cancellations must be made with in 48 hours of ordering for a full refund expect for the PayPal handling fee of 3.5% of the total cost of the order. Cancellation after 48 hours will result in the Paypal handling fee of 3.5% plus a cancellation fee of 20% of the total product cost.
